Sataplia Nature Reserve
Sataplia Nature Reserve is located 6 kilometers North-West of Kutaisi. Here you can find preserved dinosaur footprints and a beautiful cave complex featuring numerous stalactites and stalagmites. Within the area of the reserve there is a museum and a glass walkway overlooking breathtaking natural scenery.
Martvili Canyon Natural Monument is located 45 kilometers from Kutaisi in the village Inchkhuri, near Martvili. Taking walking or boat tours at Martvili Canyon you can explore the Dadianis’ Path, mountain river gorge, limestone natural bridges, overview platforms, waterfalls, XIX century water mill, fossil shells of nautiluses and sea urchins. Tourist season at Martvili Canyon lasts all year around, hot season is from April to October. Visitor Centre: Martvili Municipality, Village Inchkhuri
